Yesterday, Matías and Belén had a birthday party to go to, so you had a date with Papi.  He offered to take you to get frozen yogurt.  The night before as you were tucked into bed, you excitedly told me about what flavors and toppings you were planning on getting.  Just seeing your excited smile, your shining cheeks, and sparkling eyes was something worth remembering.  Your innocence and simplicity in enjoying simple pleasures is endearing.  Last night, after you had had the date and frozen yogurt, you said with just as much enthusiasm how it had been your favorite part of the day.
